Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders between the company Yiwu Hezuo E-Commerce Trading Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the customer.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros including VAT. Payment is exclusively via PayPal and must be made before the goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 15 working days of receipt of payment. Shipping costs are displayed during the order process.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the statutory right of withdrawal. Paint-by-number kits custom-made from a photo are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy.

6. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer is entitled to a replacement delivery or rectification.

7. Applicable Law

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Yiwu, China.
