Shipping within Germany

We ship all orders within Germany with reliable service providers such as DHL or Hermes.

• Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (free for orders over 50 €)
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (available for an extra charge)

Shipping Costs

• Orders under 50 €: 4.90 € shipping costs
• Orders 50 € and over: free shipping

Packaging

All our paint-by-number kits are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive undamaged. Canvases are delivered rolled or stretched on a stretcher frame, depending on your choice.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your delivery online at any time.
