Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of receipt of the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded immediately. You will bear the costs of the return shipment.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made goods produced according to your specifications (e.g., paint-by-number kits based on your photo).
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
