Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made goods produced according to customer specifications (e.g., paint by numbers kits from your own photo)
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery

Return Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Return Shipping Costs

In the event of an effective withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Refund

After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we received the goods.
